While there isn’t a monthly fee, clients are charged implantation costs when first setting up the system, as well as optional costs if choosing additional services such as: SSO (Single Sign-On) Data Sync and Training. Larger companies may have additional maintenance costs, which can be outlined by your account manager.
Activ People HR is suitable for a range of companies; some of these fall within the following industries: Education, Construction and Retail. As well as the SME’s, we have also provided Activ People HR as a solution to much larger corporations and user bases, such as surgeries and local councils.
Licenses are purchased per Employee.
The minimum contract term is 1 year.
Yes, our packages are fully flexible, and you can add or remove employees at any time. However, it’s worth noting that should you exceed a 10% increase in employee numbers then you would be subject to additional charges to cover the cost of all additional employees.
No, should employees be correctly archived when they have left, they will no longer count towards to the overall license count.
