Activ Absence is user friendly, easy to get around even from an administrator's point of view. I love the fact that the helpdesk is there to help - they are very efficient and helpful. There isn't anything about the system I don't like!  I would recommend the system. I also like the fact that there are guidelines if I’m not too sure or cannot remember how to do something
